โครงการวิจัยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้   เรื่อง  การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม  เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน  (Classroom Action Research)  ระหว่างวันที่  20 กรกฎาคม 2557 ถึง 30 พฤศจิกายน 2557 ณ โรงเรียนราษฎร์บำรุง ตำบลแสนตอ  อำเภอท่ามะกา  จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี   (The development of training courses To develop research skills in the classroom :Classroom Action Research) is an Innovation and technology for learning research project   between July 20, 2014 to November 30, 2014 at  Ratchbamrung  School Santor Tarmaka Kanchanaburi Thailand.)  

โครงการวิจัยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้   เรื่อง  การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม  เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน  (Classroom Action Research)  ระหว่างวันที่  20 กรกฎาคม 2557 ถึง 30 พฤศจิกายน 2557 ณ โรงเรียนราษฎร์บำรุง ตำบลแสนตอ  อำเภอท่ามะกา  จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี  

            สาขาการวิจัยและพัฒนาหลักสูตร บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย  มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ได้ดำเนินการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชา ปฏิบัติการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร ให้กับนิสิตระดับปริญญาเอก กำหนดให้มีการฝึกปฎิบัติการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร ในโครงการวิจัยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้  เพื่อบูรณาการกับการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม  เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตระดับปริญญาเอกได้พัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน ผลลัพธ์ของโครงการ คามหวังให้ผู้เข้าร่วมพัฒนานวัตกรรม มีคุณลักษณะตามเป้าหมายของนวัตกรรม มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน และมีทักษะในการทำวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน  เกณฑ์ความสำเร็จ  ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมต้องเข้าอบรมตามเวลาที่กำหนดไม่ต่ำกว่า 80 เปอร์เซ็นต์  ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมสามารถเขียนรายงานการวิจัยในปัญหาการเรียนการสอนของตนเองได้ โดยผ่านเกณฑ์คุณภาพงานวิจัยไม่ต่ำกว่าระดับดี ตามแบบประเมินผลงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนที่กำหนด ผลผลิตของโครงการ หลังจากดำเนินโครงการสำเร็จ จะได้รายงานการวิจัย 1 เรื่อง

            เอกสารการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน (Classroom Action Research)  ณ โรงเรียนราษฎร์บำรุง ตำบลแสนตอ  อำเภอท่ามะกา  จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี  สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี เนื่องจากความกรุณาและความช่วยเหลืออย่างดีจากทุกๆฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง  จึงขอกราบขอบพระคุณเป็นอย่างสูงไว้ ณ โอกาสนี้

The development of training courses To develop research skills in the classroom (Classroom Action Research) is an Innovation and technology for learning research project  

 between July 20, 2014 to November 30, 2014 at  Ratchbamrung  School Santor Tarmaka Kanchanaburi Thailand.

Field of Research and Curriculum Development Graduate School of Srinakarinwirot University has taken the Ph.D. course. Research to be trained to perform research to develop the course in research, innovation and technology for learning. To integrate the teaching graduate courses. The purpose of this study is to develop a training course. Opportunities for students to develop the skills of doctoral research in the classroom. Project Output Threat forward to the development of innovation. The goal of the innovative features A deeper understanding of classroom action research. Recognizing the importance of doing research in the classroom. And have the skills to do research in the classroom. Success criteria Trainee to attend at the scheduled time of not less than 80 percent of the participants would be able to write a research paper on the problems of their own teaching. Through research quality is lower than the threshold level. According to the evaluation of research in a given class. Output of the project After successful implementation of the project The research is reported 1 case.

       ภาระงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กรอบงานพลิกโฉมการนิเทศการศึกษาใน 1 ปี เพื่อสนับสนุนการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพภายใน 1 ปี หรือ รวมพลังพลิกโฉมโรงเรียนในหนึ่งปี ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

        วันเสาร์ที่ 28 มีนาคม 2558 ที่ อบจชัยภูมิ นายครรชิต มนูญผล  ศึกษานิเทศก์เชี่ยวชาญ สพป.นครศรีธรรมราช เขต 1 บรรยายเรื่อง การปรับหลักสูตรเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนสู่ศตวรรษที่ โดยมีจุดเน้นดังนี้

        1. สภาพปัญหาด้านหลักสูตร การเรียนรู้ที่ต้องปรับ

      2. ปรับกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21

       3. การประเมินผลที่เน้น Formative Assessment Authentic Assessment

        คุณครู+ผู้บริหารให้ความสนใจมากๆ และจะมีการนัดหมายปฏิบัติอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ให้ทันปรับใช้ในปีการศึกษา 2558 นี้

March 3, 2015. The forces transforming the school in one year at the Office of the Basic

Education. with the aim to achieve a substantial change to the study of Thailand education in the year 2015.

1.      All activities must to do  every schools and  every classroom on May16, 2015.

2. Change the curriculum of all schools

2.1  Assimilated standard / indicators units of study, as well as Target / features 21st

century skills.

2.2  The integration of content across subjects  focused  in the necessary content, 21st

century skills, Thai culture, etc., to a unit of study.

2.3  Design the learning process with Construtivism, Thinking Skills,  21st century skills

integration, etc.

2.4  Preparation of teaching standards.  All subjects / all classes that  teacher can be

deployed as appropriate.

2.5  Modify the measurement and evaluation. The evaluation focused on Formative  

Assessment / Authentic Assessment.  Preparation standards exam all subjects that teacher can be used for all classes of the year. 

2.6  Modify the supervision provided to every classroom. Focused supervision to modify classroom.

2.7  Preparation of Instructional Media Gallery. The guide provides teachers with all classes / groups.

2.8  Recruited teachers excelled in all major groups :  Thail / English / Math / Science / Sociology of all classes of the nation's top schools. (School. Provincial / RR., Which is competitive) Nationwide Demonstration sent to schools across the country selected on demand.

2.9  Integration Support Network teacher to share the learning and teaching techniques.

2.10 The mentor system in schools in all groups (Coaching & Mentoring).

2.11  All this will change the digital world, Thailand broadcast live via satellite and Internet DLTV DLIT where any part of the country was learned.

วันที่ 3 มีนาคม 2558 การประชุมรวมพลังพลิกโฉมโรงเรียนในหนึ่งปี (School Change Maker Festival)     ณ สพฐ. (ทุกสำนัก) โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมกับการศึกษาไทย ในต้นปีการศึกษา 2558 ดังนี้

1. ทุกเรื่องต้องพร้อมขับเคลื่อนในทุกห้องเรียน / ทุกโรงเรียน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2558

2. ปรับเปลี่ยนหลักสูตรทุกโรงเรียน

2.1 หลอมรวมมาตรฐาน/ตัวชี้วัด จัดเป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้รวมทั้งเป้าหมาย/คุณลักษณะ ทักษะการคิด ศตวรรษที่ 21

2.2 บูรณาการเนื้อหาข้ามวิชา เน้นเนื้อหาจำเป็น ทั้งในความเป็นไทย ศตวรรษที่ 21 ฯลฯ จัดเป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้

2.3 ออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการสร้างความรู้ Construtivism Thinking Skills ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 การบูรณาการ ฯลฯ

2.4 จัดทำแผนการสอนมาตรฐานกลาง ทุกวิชา/ทุกชั้น ให้ครูสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ได้ตามความเหมาะสม

2.5 ปรับเปลี่ยนการวัดและประเมินผล เน้นการประเมินพัฒนาการ Formative Assessment / Authentic Assessment จัดทำคลังข้อสอบมาตรฐานทุกวิชาทุกกลุ่ม

สาระให้ครูสามารถนำไปใช้พัฒนาได้ทุกชั้นทุกวิชาทั้งปี

2.6 ปรับเปลี่ยนการนิเทศติดตามให้ถึงห้องเรียนทุกห้อง เน้นการนิเทศเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนห้องเรียน

2.7 จัดทำคลังสื่อประกอบการสอน พร้อมคู่มือให้ครูทุกชั้น/กลุ่มสาระ

2.8 คัดเลือกครูที่สอนเก่งทีสุดในทุกกลุ่มสาระหลักภาษาไทย/อังกฤษ/คณิตศาสตร์/วิทยาศาสตร์/สังคมศึกษา ทุกชั้น จากโรงเรียนชั้นนำของประเทศ (รร.ประจำจังหวัด/รร.ที่มีการแข่งขันสูง) ทั่วประเทศ สาธิตการสอนส่งไปให้โรงเรียนต่างๆทั่วประเทศเลือกใช้ตามความต้องการ

2.9 สนับสนุนการรวมเครือข่ายครูเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เทคนิคการสอน

2.10 จัดระบบพี่เลี้ยงในโรงเรียนในพื้นที่ทุกกลุ่มสาระ (Coaching & Mentoring)

2.11 ทั้งหมดนี้จะเปลี่ยนแปลงการศึกษาไทยสู่โลกดิจิตอลถ่ายทอดสัญญาณผ่านดาวเทียม DLTV และอินเทอร์เนต DLIT อยู่ที่ไหนส่วนใดของประเทศก็เรียนรู้ได้

On February 27, 2015.  The Board of Directors for supporting education, distance education technology follows :

1. The implementation of education reform Thailand substantially. Started on May 2015.

2. The Thailand curriculum immediately. By focusing on the management of the Core Curriculum for Basic Education 2011.

   2.1 The vision to improve education quality students to the 21st century.

   2.2 Revised develop the students to take responsibility. Leadership are effective application, including the adaptation of the 21st century.

   2.3 Times the students to focus on learning outside the classroom more. Integration across subjects.

   2.4  Assimilated standard / Indicators to a unit of learning across subjects + 21st century  + Sufficient economy+ attribute

   2.5  Adaptive learning process focused Teach Less Learn / Construtivism / Thinking. Skills / integration / build experience.

   2.6 Techniques taught by leading schools of the country. This problem, teachers do not have degree majors. The selection of the best teachers from schools around the country. The school is highly competitive All classes / all groups Like satellite (On-Line) and Video On Demand HD input options for all schools teaching to meet the needs of the time.

   2.7 Preparation of the Plan The students to develop 21st century skills: + Sufficient economy + advanced thinking skills  + BBL. All groups / all classes Send to a teacher be adapted to the needs / inappropriate.

   2.8 Preparation of learning media and effective teaching. The media, teachers (Classroom Media) Media Library for research for every student group / all floors. Device operating system can see all the Apps.

  2.9  Preparation standards exam to school every class / group. The school applied to the development of the students throughout the year. 

  2.10 The supervision system changes to every classroom. Teachers always help.

        วันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 มีประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาทางไกล  ณ ห้องประชุม สพฐ.1 อาคาร สพฐ.4 ชั้น 2 โดยมี พลเอกสุรเชษฐ์ ชัยวงศ์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นประธาน สรุปดังนี้

1.ดำเนินการปฏิรูปการศึกษาไทยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เริ่มต้นในปีการศึกษา 2558 (พฤษภาคม 2558)

2.ปรับหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาไทยในทันที โดยเน้นการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551

2.1 ปรับวิสัยทัศน์ เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษา คุณภาพผู้เรียนสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21

2.2 ปรับเป้าหมายพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความรับผิดชอบ ความเป็นผู้นำ คิดวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ ประยุกต์ใช้ รวมทั้งการปรับตัวในศตวรรษที่ 21

2.3 ปรับเวลาเรียนเน้นให้ผู้เรียนเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนมากขึ้น บูรณาการข้ามวิชา

2.4 หลอมรวมมาตรฐาน/ตัวชี้วัด เป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้ข้ามวิชา + ศตวรรษที่ 21+ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง+คุณลักษณะ

2.5 ปรับกระบวนการเรียนรู้ เน้น Teach Less Learn /Construtivism/Thinking Skills/บูรณาการ/สร้างประสบการณ์จริง

2.6 ถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการสอนจากโรงเรียนชั้นนำของประเทศ แก้ปัญหาครูไม่ตรงวิชาเอกไม่มีวุฒิ โดยคัดเลือกครูที่เก่งที่สุดจากโรงเรียนชั้นนำทั่วประเทศ โรงเรียนที่มีการแข่งขันสูง ทุกชั้น/ทุกกลุ่มสาระ สอนผ่านดาวเทียม(On-Line) และ Video On Demand ใส่ HD ให้ทุกโรงเรียนเลือกสอนได้ตามความต้องการตลอดเวลา

2.7 จัดทำแผนการสอนกลาง ที่เน้นพัฒนาผู้เรียนสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21 +เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง+ทักษะการคิดขั้นสูง+BBL ทุกกลุ่มสาระ/ทุกชั้น ส่งให้ครูนำไปปรับใช้ตามความต้องการ/เหมาะสม

2.8 จัดทำคลังสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งสื่อเฉพาะครู (Classroom Media) สื่อเพื่อการค้นคว้า Library สำหรับนักเรียนทุกลุ่มสาระ/ทุกชั้น สามารถดูได้ทุก Device ทุกระบบปฏิบัติการ Apps

2.9 จัดทำคลังข้อสอบมาตรฐานให้โรงเรียนทุกชั้น/กลุ่มสาระ ให้โรงเรียนนำไปใช้สอบเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนตลอดปี

2.10 จัดระบบการนิเทศติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงถึงห้องเรียนทุกห้อง ช่วยเหลือครูตลอดเวลา

2.11 จัดระบบชี้แนะและพี่เลี้ยงในโรงเรียน Coaching &Mentoring คอยแนะนำ

2.12 จัดระบบเครือข่ายครู : Learn & Share แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เทคนิคการสอน แลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ปัญหา/วิธีแก้ไข ให้ครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ

-เป็นการปฏิรูปที่เป็นรูปธรรมครั้งใหญ่ของการศึกษาไทย School Change Maker Festival พฤษภาคม 2558 นี้แน่นอนครับ.
